To give back to a sport that has brought me so much joy and to help others achieve their goals.

Every time I help somebody achieve their goal and they come find you after the race to thank you is a very rewarding feeling.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

Because we will get in on time and have a good chat and laugh on the way round.
