Paced the 7:00 min/mile pace and looked over my shoulder and saw 16,500 people behind me! Also, to have so many people thank me anytime that I pace. You can see the joy and sincerity in their eyes! |

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I’ll keep things interesting. I love people and I’ll make sure that you’re focused but loose…you may even forget your running for a while! |
