Why should someone run in your pace group? I will do my best in keeping the pace required for the group to run the pace we are predicted to run. And we will achieve this while having fun.

 

 

Any tips for runners about to join your group? Just be ready to get it done.

 

 

Anything else you’d like to share? Slow and steady, and before you know it, the finish will be in sight.

 

 

What philanthropic activities do you have? I coach high school athletes even after the regular season ends.
