Health and to challenge myself to be limitless. Running helps clear my mind and to relax. |

Describe your best marathon memory.

Carmel Marathon 2019 which was a 9 minute PR and BQ negative split run in rainy conditions which I was able to stay focused and not be deterred by the weather. |

Why do you pace?
|
Help other runners achieve their goals whether it is to obtain a PR or cross the finish line. Giving back to the running community as a pacer did the same for me. |
