|
I pace because I love running and I love people. I enjoy helping others and sharing my excitement and love for the sport. |

I am just beginning so there is no doubt in my mind there will be many great pacing experiences. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I am a fun and passionate runner. I enjoy helping others and meeting new people. I love to laugh and truly enjoy having a good time. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
Never give up – just hang in there and keep on trucking. Before you know it you will cross the finish line. “Pain is only temporary but Quitting is forever”. Drink, drink and drink some more – keeping hydrated is so important to have a successful run. |

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I have support and participate in several Girls on the Run activities and events. I find running to be such a powerful resource and outlet for young women in today’s world.
