Why do you run?
Running makes me feel good about myself. |

Describe your best marathon memory.
I ran 2 major marathons back to back in 2021. I first ran the Chicago marathon on October 10, then flew to Boston overnight to run my first Boston marathon on October 11. I had hoped to finish the Boston marathon in 5 hours and surprisingly finished well within 4 hours. |

Why do you pace?
To help others achieving their running goal. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
I was a pacer for the Asbury Park Half marathon on April 1 2023. There were some rain and strong wind conditions that day and many runners thanked me after the race. Some had hit their PR while following my pacing of 1:35. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I am consistent with my effort when I pace, and my split times are not much different. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Start the race with a slow pace and gradually reach your goal pace. Do not worry about the lost time from the beginning segment. |
