Why should someone run in your pace group?
I ran my PR at this race just a year ago and remember the ups and downs of every part of the race. We’ll also have tons of fun! |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Remember to smile and have fun, it’s not every day we can be racing and it’ll feel like it went by fast when it’s over. Let’s stay relaxed in the beginning, maintain a comfortable effort, and see what we can do in the final miles! |
