When I paced my first marathon, it was a great adventure. It was much more relaxed than other races, because my mind was on hitting a PR, but rather helping others achieve their own goals. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?

Most likely I’ll be pacing the time that is their goal.

Relax. Don’t stress. Leave the driving to me. |

Hydrate as often as possible. Never be thirsty. I usually recommend trying to hydrate every mile if possible. |
