A quotation you like… |
If you ask yourself: ‘Can I give more?’. The answer is usually: ‘Yes.’ |
||
Why do you run? |
There’s nothing else I’d rather do! |
||
Describe your best marathon memory. |
Passing people in the final 5k of a PR race and knowing my hard work paid off. |
||
Why do you pace? |
I pace for a chance at helping other runners reach the goals they have worked for. |
||
Tell us your best pacing experience. |
Looking forward to pacing you soon! |
||
Why should someone run in your pace group? |
I pride myself on pacing well and will stick closely to the pace with little variation. My experience as a runner helps to determine where pace adjustments are needed depending on conditions and terrain. |
||
Any tips for runners about to join your group? |
Hydrate well before race day, but avoid drinking too much plain water which can dilute your electrolytes. |
||
Anything else you’d like to share? |
I can’t wait to get out there and meet the next group of motivated runners. If anyone is interested in help preparing for their next race feel free to contact me through www.alldayendurance.com See you out there soon! |

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
In 2016 I raced the Race Across America bike race as part of a 4 man team raising money and awareness for Operation Homefront. Operation Homefront is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to build strong, stable, and secure military families so they can thrive. I look forward to donating once again in 2019 to this great charity. Being a former military member myself, Operation Homefront has special meaning and I will continue working towards their cause in the future. |
