Finishing my first marathon in Garden spot Village, Pennsylvania. The race seemed like it would never end. The sense of achievement was incredible. |

Pacing my friend during the Vero Beach 100 mile Octopus Ultra in July. I was able to talk him out of a dark place and get him moving again at his target pace. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
Pushing someone to finish if it’s important to them. I will be as talkative as people want. I’m familiar with the streets, neighborhoods and landmarks in Miami. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
Just stick with me. Kidding – if only it were that simple. I’ll do my best to encourage runners to adequately fuel if I notice they aren’t. |
