There are many things that can go wrong right before or during a race. The best memories are the ones where you push though and still accomplish your goals.

I really enjoy helping other people hit their PR’s

I have paced several1500m races. It’s exciting to watch the person you paced finish their race.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

I’m very consistent and you will hit your goal if you stay with me.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

 

I take elevation into account. For example, if your goal was to average 8:00/mile, then the downhill miles will be slighly faster and the uphill miles will be slightly slower.

Anything else you’d like to share?

I’m fun to run with and can keep you entertained with plenty of stories.
