A quotation you like… |
Not all who wander are lost. -J.R.R Tolkien
I like nonsense,
it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living,
it's a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope. Which is
what I do, and that enables you to laugh at life's realities –Dr. Seuss

||
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
Consistency and body awareness is key. Let me know your style and I will try to cater to the groups needs. You need cartwheels across the finish line-I’m your girl. |
||
Anything else you’d like to share? |
My style is dedication and motivation for your own reasons. Know what motivates you…but don’t rely on the motivator when extrinsic factors weigh you down. Do what you can control first and foremost. I am very excited about helping in the pacing process! |
