A quotation you like… |
“Real toughness is experiencing discomfort or distress, leaning in, paying attention, and creating space to take thoughtful action. It’s maintaining a clear head to be able to make the appropriate decision. Toughness is navigating discomfort to make the best decision you can.” -Steve Magness |

Why do you run?
I run so that I can have quality “me” time to think and unwind, and to build relationships with friends |
Describe your best marathon memory.
My first: I was on a high the entire time. I crossed the finish line with a BQ, almost falling over, but ready to do it again. |
Why do you pace?
Running is tough! But if I can use my skill and ability to help others meet goals, it would be a crime not to. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.

Why should someone run in your pace group?
The marathon is a mental test as much as a physical test, and doing so with others helps break down some of those mental barriers. Let’s do hard things together. |

Start conservative, have a fueling plan, force a smile, and have fun. |
