Winning the Blufton, SC marathon when my oldest son was only 5 months old and then winning MB when he was 9 months old |

I love to help other people meet their goals and I love sweaty hugs post race! |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I love to race, encourage and inspire. I usually am very consistent with my pacing |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
Stay with the group, ignore the things others have told you—like you will hit the wall and the last 5 miles are miserable. Instead, run with your heart and listen to your own body! |

I have three awesome beautiful children and a super supportive husband that allow me to do all of my crazy racing and pacing

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I am the training coordinator for the Grand Strand Running club and we host at least 3 training sessions a year that I coordinate, coach, and do the educational components for. I also teach Sunday school at church. |
