The joy and agony of finishing my first marathon (Route 66 in Tulsa, OK). Swearing up and down that I would never, EVER do anything like that again. J |

To be a good ambassador for the sport. I enjoy running and want others to enjoy it as well. |

After pacing the Fayetteville Half marathon, a couple hugged me and asked me to be in their post-race photo! I was shocked and humbled. |

My goal is helping you reach your goal. I’ll do what I can to get you there. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
Trust your training. Marathons are as much mental as physical. Let’s relax, have some fun, and make it happen! |

Anything else you’d like to share? |
If it’s your 1st marathon or your 50th, 26.2 miles is a long way. Don’t set your expectations too high and be sure to fuel and hydrate.

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
My company is big into donating to Children’s Miracle Network and I’ve organized volunteer events for a wetland preservation group and Habitat for Humanity.
