Why should someone run in your pace group? |
I listen to what the group brings. We are stronger together. I hope that by talking about their training and their life that they will draw inspiration from themselves to achieve their goal. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group? |
Take water at every stop, I have been dehydrated too many times at the end of a race to know that water at mile five makes a big difference at mile twenty-five. |

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I spend a majority of my free time coaching kids to love running. Coaching Cross Country is like building a family of runners. It takes up a lot of our time. |
