A quotation you like… |
If you want to run, run a mile. If you want to get to know a new life, run a marathon
Why do you run?
It´s a great workout getting the head clear and staying healthy. Furthermore I love to set new goals myself. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
I have good memories of all of my completed marathons, but the Berlin Marathon each year is one of my highlights, because of the spirit in the city during this event. |
Why do you pace?
It is so great and wonderful to see all the happy and grateful runners after crossing the finish line, when your followers attain their personal marathon goals. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
This was my first pacing in Germany after a half marathon in Koblenz when a quite young girl was so grateful that she was falling so around my neck. She finished in 1:59:10 |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
Because I keep a very consistent pace during the whole race and especially the critical latter miles of a marathon. At the beginning we always have fun together and later on I´m a good entertainer J |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Trust your pacer ;-) |
