Why do you run?
There’s something amazing about doing something relatively extreme with your body in a world where we’re not really required to do anything with it. The physical and psychological feeling of pushing to my limits is ultimately what moves and builds things inside me, and brings me back to running time and again. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
Running the LA marathon… at 13 years old! |
Why do you pace?
Being a pacer is about more than just running; it's about being part of a team, supporting each other, and celebrating the collective achievement of crossing the finish line together. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
I paced my best friend to a half marathon PR in Miami. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
To distract themselves from the crazy idea to run 26.2 miles, for fun. |

Trust your training and remember to enjoy the day. It goes by way too fast! |
