Describe your best marathon memory.
When I ran the Boston Marathon and turned the corner where all of the Wesley College kids were cheering, I realized that while I may be running alone, I’m never running alone. It was a great race where I was competing against the clock and myself but I had thousands of fans cheering me on!! |

I ran the U of I half with MarathonPacing.com and I was so energized being with the group with so many other people that shared my common goal. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
It will be relaxed, fun when you want it to be and quiet when you need it to be |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
I do have a wicked sense of humor so bring some funny material! We’ll drink plenty of fluids before and during the race and I plan on keeping the group very lighthearted so we can stay relaxed. |

Anything else you’d like to share? |
There will be times we will need to talk but there will also be times we’ll need to be quiet. If you let me know what works for you, I will sure to be as attentive as you need and not when you don’t need it!!
