|
It will be a great workout addition to my training and I really like to see other runners reach their goals. |

I have paced several of my high school athletes in practice to PRs and assisted other runners to attain goals from 5K to Marathon on my own. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I know pace like the back of my hand--I can talk them through aid stations any discomfort they have and encourage them throughout the race. |

Be ready to listen to me talk them through the marathon. |

I am on the Board of Governors for Chattanooga Track Club, Vice President of the Chattanooga Chapter of Freedoms Foundation, and the State Chair for the Department of Tennessee American Legion JROTC
