I'm running the Marine Corps Marathon as a charity runner for the Parkinson's Foundation due to the fact that my Dad was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease earlier this year.
I am crowdrising for Marine Corps Marathon: https://www.

A quotation you like… |
That little voice in your head that says you aren't strong enough is lying. Go prove it wrong. |
Why do you run?
For the joy of it! |
Describe your best marathon memory.
Seeing my family waiting for me at the finish line of the 2016 Philadelphia Marathon |
Why do you pace?
I use to own a fitness center and I got to coach people everyday. Pacing gives me that same opportunity/satisfaction of helping someone reach their personal goals. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
I paced a half marathon the weekend hurricane Matthew brought the rains to the Carolinas. It was such an amazing experience to run with such dedicated runners that didn't let the weather dampen their spirits or joy of running. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
Running with a pace group takes a lot of pressure off you. You don't have to keep checking your watch, let me worry about the details, you can focus on yourself and your running. And if you need to be distracted I'm good for that too. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Relax and enjoy the ride :) |
