A quotation you like…

“Remember, the guy next to you and the guy in front of you hurt the same as you do, it all comes down to who can handle the pain the best. ” -Coach White, McFarland USA

Why do you run?

I run because I love testing my limits. I love seeing how far we as humans can push ourselves and reach goals that seem unattainable. You only get to experience pain while you’re alive on this earth, so you may as well experience it to the fullest!

Describe your best marathon memory.

When I was 5 years old, my dad ran the Utah Valley Marathon. At the finish line, I eagerly waited for him to sprint it in. As soon as he rounded that last corner, I ran along and finished across the line with him. I have a photo of the finish framed in my room. That was the day that I wanted to become a runner!

Why do you pace?

It’s going to be an awesome experience! Pain really bonds people and I can’t wait to learn about the great runners in my pack!

Tell us your best pacing experience.

To be added soon, I can’t wait!

Why should someone run in your pace group?

Motivation! I’ve heard enough David Goggins to know how to dig deep and how to instill that into other runners. While our group works hard, we also like to have fun! Expect a costume on race day!!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Finish what you start and prepare for the journey! Enjoy the run!
