Why do you run?

Not only do I run to stay in shape, but I like the various challenges that come with races.

Describe your best marathon memory.

While I was running my first marathon out at Deadwood South Dakota, I was talking with a guy and he thought I was nuts making that my first full since there was a 1000’ climb and a1700’ drop.  I looked at him and told him “Gotta start somewhere!” and kept right on running!

Why do you pace?

Not only do I enjoy meeting new people, but I especially enjoy helping them achieve a PR or finishing their first Half

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I’ve always enjoy helping people!  I’ve always had at least one or two people at every race that have either finished their first half or they were able to get a PR.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

If you are getting up for a big race or looking for that PR, then I’m the person!
