Why do you run?
Because it makes me happy! There’s nothing quite like that feeling you get when you cross the finish line, its euphoric. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
My first Boston. It was one of those days when everything comes together and you just feel great. My friends met me at the finish for post-race beer and chocolate cake. |
Why do you pace?

I love that when you are running, complete strangers become friends and you get to share an incredible 26.2 mile journey with like-minded people. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

It may be cliché but its true – have fun, enjoy it. Relax and trust your training, the race is the reward for all that hard work you put in. |
