Why do you pace? |
In the past I was focused on PR’s but after I started to pace, I instantly realized it is more rewarding to help others reach their PR. You meet lots of runners while pacing and it is a wonderful communing. |

Tell us your best pacing experience. |
While pacing Philadelphia, we picked up a runner during the last half mile who was struggling. We motivated her and she hit her goal. We hugged at the finish. |

Why should someone run in your pace group? |
I take pride in pacing and run extremely even splits. I talk a lot and like to entertain the group. We will have a great time together. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group? |
Trust in your training. It won’t be easy, but we will get there together. |

I donate blood and spread the importance of organ donation. |
