Pacing my dear friend to a 3:25 finish at Via Marathon. It's where I first learned how much fun it is to encourage someone and help them do their best. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
Don't take the race to seriously. If you are not having fun than why do it? Don't run with me if you don't want talked to. You don't have to waste your breath to answer me, but I'll keep the conversation going. |
