Why do you run?
I run to reach goals. I run to stay fit. I run because it feels good to run with my friends. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
Watching the women’s Olympic Trials for the marathon in Boston and running Boston the next day will be a marathon moment not soon outdone. |
Why do you pace?
I know each and every person has run hundreds of miles and worked hard to get to race day. The one aspect that’s hard to train for is execution. I am here to help. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
I watched two of my friends train hard for two years attempting to qualify for Boston. On race day I paced them and saw two years of effort in their faces as they crossed the finish line for their BQ’s. It was a shining moment for them. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I run even splits down to the second. I do not bank time. I like to have fun out on the course. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Relax and have fun!! Enjoy the city that’s graciously hosting you. |
