Describe your best marathon memory.

My first full marathon, 2019 Northern Ohio Marathon at Mentor. I finished full marathon in 4:28:23. While it is super challenging, I am very happy with my efforts and perseveration after 20 miles. |

|
Keep pace, don’t rush at the beginning. Aim to achieve equal split. |

Anything else you’d like to share? |
I used to weight ~200 lb with non-alcoholic fat liver. I loss ~50 lb since running and become very healthy now.

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I am working in Cleveland Clinic as a research, and contribute to the biomedical research.
