I enjoy spending time with like-minded people that are just as passionate about running as I am. I really love the sense of camaraderie and shared achievement that comes with helping someone achieve thier goal |

Helped pace a group of men and women ranging from ages 24 to 50 to their first ever Boston Qualifying time |

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I love to share stories/jokes and talk about travel and food for 26.2 miles and can guarantee you I will be smiling the whole way |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Enjoy every minute of it no matter how much it hurts it will be that much more worth it in the end |

I try and run at least 3 miles a day and have kept this streak alive for almost 2 years straight!
