Why do you run? |
I run because it is a great stress reliever #1,also I run so I can be a good role model for the students I am trying to persuade to enjoy activity. |

Describe your best marathon memory. |
Best marathon memory: Air Force Marathon the different aircrafts flying over head, and the pasta dinners are always a treat. |

Why do you pace? |
I pace because I love helping people achieve their goals as a runner, it gives me pride to say that I helped a handful of people. |

Tell us your best pacing experience. |
My best pacing experience is hard to pinpoint because they all are successful in some way, but I would say Detroit ’07. I met several amazing people; we all crossed the finish line together. |

Why should someone run in your pace group? |
You should run in pace group because…I will let you in on a little secret that none of the pacers let you in on ;) |

Any tips for runners about to join your group? |
Tips: you have to join my pace group to find out. Really…be modest about your finish time would be my biggest tip for all runners joining a pace group. |
