Why do you run?
I do my best thinking on a run, and when I finish running I have a clear mind and happy attitude. What a privilege to have a body that can run! |
Describe your best marathon memory.
The first race I ever ran was at age 15, with my dad, the Lehigh Parkway half marathon. I began pacing that exact half marathon 20 years later! |

Why do you pace?
Tell us your best pacing experience.
My very first pace experience was 1 year after my daughter was born. I nailed every mile perfectly and felt so proud. When I crossed the finish line, many runners said watching my pace flag carried them to the finish. It inspires me to continue pacing! |
Why should someone run in your pace group? |
Run with me if you want positive energy and a steady pace. Whether your goal is to beat me, or catch me, I’m here for you! |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Give space to all runners around you. Gaze toward the ground often to check your footing. Sometimes running in a group can be distracting and you don’t want to misstep. Also… NO snot rockets in my group! |

Anything else you’d like to share?

Once you get to the start line, the hardest part of the race is over- the training. The race is the celebration of all your hard training! |
