Why do you run?
|
I love long-distance running because it is a sport that requires mental fortitude and strength of mind. If can wrap my mind around a challenge, I can achieve it, and that is the beauty of running for me. Nothing seems impossible. |

The Wineglass marathon finish line where I achieved a personal best beating my previous time by over 30 minutes |

Going to a race knowing no one, and finishing with several friends I still talk to till today because we ran together during the race and got to know one another. |

I will do my best to make the time fly and you will be able to reach your goals while having fun |

When it gets hard in the race, remember to smile and tell yourself how amazing you’re doing |
