Why do you run?

I love long-distance running because it is a sport that requires mental fortitude and strength of mind. If can wrap my mind around a challenge, I can achieve it, and that is the beauty of running for me. Nothing seems impossible.

Describe your best marathon memory.

The Wineglass marathon finish line where I achieved a personal best beating my previous time by over 30 minutes

Why do you pace?

Because I love helping others achieve their goals and sharing in their accomplishments

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Going to a race knowing no one, and finishing with several friends I still talk to till today because we ran together during the race and got to know one another.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I will do my best to make the time fly and you will be able to reach your goals while having fun

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

When it gets hard in the race, remember to smile and tell yourself how amazing you’re doing

Don’t hesitate to reach out to me before or during the race if you feel nervous- I can share some advice and help you stay calm!
