Miles 22-26 of my 5th marathon… all that holding back in miles 0-14 was paying off. Did my first neg split, BQ, and current PR. |

To help others reach their goals, especially through the toughest moments. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
Enjoy the race, the company, the witty sense of humor, make friends, share struggles, pull through together, and don’t worry about the clock – I will take care of that. |

If in doubt of what pace group to join, pick the slower one. |

The training is as rewarding as the race itself.

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
My wife and I have led Marriage Encounter weekends, now we teach Faith Formation together… when I find something good, I like passing it on.
