Why do you run?

I love being outdoors, meeting up with friends, and disconnecting from my current problems. Running relaxes me and brings me joy!

Describe your best marathon memory.

Running the last mile of my second marathon around the countries at Epcot with my five year old daughter joining me on the other side of the cones. She is registered for her first marathon in January 2026

Why do you pace?

Running has brought so much to my life and I want to give back to the running community. I love running and hope to share that love with others and have fun running a new distance or a new PR

Tell us your best pacing experience.

My Best friend and I were pacing Pittsburgh and had an amazing group! As we were playing games and talking during the second half, a runner said “I knew I made the right choice running with you!”  She had another goal for her first marathon but thought we looked fun and started with us. Most of the group were going strong at mile 22 and went ahead of us together. It was a joy to see them fly off while having fun that late in the race!

Why should someone run in your pace group?

We will have fun, talk, play games, get to know one another and finish on time. If you are an introvert, Keep me in sight! My goal is for you to want to run more races!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

-  Train!

-  Practice nutrition and hydration

-  Send a picture of yourself pre-race to anyone cheering for you, so they know how to find you

-  #1 Goal- to not get injured

-  #2 Goal- to finish

-  #3 Goal- to want. To do another race of the same distance

-  #4 is any time goal

Anything else you’d like to share?

Enjoy the run!!!

What philanthropic activities do you have?
