Why do you run?
It gives me some time alone, some time to recharge mentally |
Describe your best marathon memory.
Finishing a really tough day in front of family, not giving up. |
Why do you pace?
To let other runners know they’re not alone in their quest |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
Just seeing people at the finish is the best. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I love to listen to people’s stories and experiences about running, it’ll be very casual and lots of fun. We’ll probably have a bunch of first-timers who will need the support of the whole group. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
If your training went well, you’ll be fine and we’ll have a great time. |
Anything else you’d like to share? |
I run according to how I feel and I try to mentally let go of life’s craziness. The run goes much more smoothly if you’re not looking at a watch every 20 seconds.
