Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Why do you run?

When I was younger, I ran to achieve time goals. Now I run to maintain health and allow for normal life “adventures”

Describe your best marathon memory.

Achieving my PR at the York Marathon. It was the first marathon where I really felt everything come together to allow me to run my ideal race.

Why do you pace?

Running races can be very scary to some people. I love being able to help through this journey with experience and a huge dose of optimism.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

2024 Marine Corps Marathon – 50K.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

We’ll have a great time of telling stories and making the most of a “sightseeing” tour of the area. A bonus will be a big surprise how quickly the miles click by.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

You can come as yourself. Whether you are someone who loves to talk or someone who would prefer sit back and listen. We welcome all!
