Why do you run?

When I was younger, I ran to achieve time goals. Now I run to maintain health and allow for normal life “adventures” |

Achieving my PR at the York Marathon. It was the first marathon where I really felt everything come together to allow me to run my ideal race. |

Why do you pace?

Running races can be very scary to some people. I love being able to help through this journey with experience and a huge dose of optimism. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
We’ll have a great time of telling stories and making the most of a “sightseeing” tour of the area. A bonus will be a big surprise how quickly the miles click by. |
