Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I’ll keep us steady, informed, and encouraged. I’m reliable with the goal pace and will report our pace at each mile so everyone knows where we stand. I’ll remind the group about fueling and upcoming aid stations, and adjust effort when there are hills while staying focused on our target. I’ll bring positive energy by sharing stories, encouraging the group, and getting spectators to cheer us on. |
