Why do you run?
I love the way it makes me feel after I get done with a run. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
IL Marathon-Flat, fast course. Went in hoping to PR my last marathon which I did by a surprisingly 34 minutes and after hitting the wall at mile 22. Went home to look up Boston qualifying time (which I had no intention of qualifying) and I was surprisingly 5 minutes off from qualifying. |
Why do you pace?
It’s great to help other runners achieve their goals. If I can get them across the finish line I feel like my job was done and accomplishments and great memories were made. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
It was a fun experience and we finished within 30 seconds early of our pacing time. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I am a positive, happy person and will do my best to encourage the runners to keep going. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
I run a consistent pace throughout the entire run but if I have a group that has other suggestions we can alter the run if needed (ex. run/walk). |

Anything else you’d like to share? |
