Why do you run?

 

I’ve run since I was in middle school. Ran cross country and track through middle school and high school and then just kept running. I find it cathartic. It helps me release the stress of the day and there’s the added bonus of helping me stay more physically healthy as well.

Describe your best marathon memory.

 

The best was when I ran my first BQ race. It was the Berlin marathon in 2019. I was overcome with emotion (which doesn’t normally happen to me) and I was just so excited that I had actually done it! Will always remember that day!

Why do you pace?

 

I enjoy running and I enjoy helping other runners achieve their goals so it’s a win-win when I get the opportunity to pace!

Tell us your best pacing experience.

 

I am not sure I have a best experience because each one has been so satisfying. I feel so fortunate when people come up to me at the end of the race and thank me for pacing and helping them get through the race or meet their goal. I always feel very blessed that I was able to help!
