Why should someone run in your pace group? |

Any tips for runners about to join your group? |
Set a realistic goal based on weekly mileage. Many runners are too optimistic on pace when running insufficient weekly miles. On a positive note, encourage runners in the last few miles to run ahead and challenge themselves down the stretch. |
