Why do you run?
I run because I want to see where running can take me (physically, mentally, and around the world)
Describe your best marathon memory.
Crossing the finish line at the 2025 Tokyo Marathon after months of focused training abroad was an unforgettable moment. I hit a huge PR and soaked in the cheers of a city that made me feel truly welcomed.
Why do you pace?
I love running with others and seeing their progress along the way. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone reach a goal they weren’t sure was possible
Tell us your best pacing experience.
At a local NYRR Open Run, I led a small group aiming for their first sub-30 5K. Seeing their joy and confidence after crossing the line together was unforgettable.
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I bring a steady, relaxed energy and like to keep things light. I’ll keep us on track, help everyone stay motivated, and make sure we enjoy the whole experience
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Trust the process, stay relaxed! Stick to the pace, don’t worry if things feel too easy early!
Anything else you’d like to share?
I love to volunteer and give back to the running community whenever I can. Whether it’s helping at local races or supporting community runs, it’s one of the most rewarding parts of being involved in the sport
What philanthropic activities do you have?
I support local community running groups, photograph and promote events like NYRR Open Run to boost participation!
