Why do you run?

Running is such a multifaceted activity, and the reasons I am running include weight management, mood enhancement, sense of achievement, boosting confidence, connection to nature, and social connection. Joining clubs with training groups meet like-minded people who share their passion or goals

Describe your best marathon memory.

Last year at the Berlin Marathon, my leg cramped at the very last mile, I slowed down, and I know it is due to lack of water, so I asked the crowd people, one of them gave me a bottle of water, so I was able to finish the race and PR. Cramping in the final mile is brutal, especially when I worked so hard to get that PR. But how incredible that someone in the crowd stepped up like that, I really appreciate they did that!

Why do you pace?

People pace for various reasons, pacing is one of those behaviors that seems simple on the surface but ties into a bunch of psychological and neurological mechanisms. I am pacing is pay back whoever helped me, so I can help others who are struggling
