Describe your best marathon memory.
|
Last year at the Berlin Marathon, my leg cramped at the very last mile, I slowed down, and I know it is due to lack of water, so I asked the crowd people, one of them gave me a bottle of water, so I was able to finish the race and PR. Cramping in the final mile is brutal, especially when I worked so hard to get that PR. But how incredible that someone in the crowd stepped up like that, I really appreciate they did that! |
