Why do you run?
I started running to drop some weight and get healthier, but have gotten addicted to chasing PRs in the past couple of years. |

Describe your best marathon memory.
Hitting mile 22 of the Dublin Marathon. The marathon before that was my first, and I completely hit the wall at mile 22 and had a miserable last four miles of the race. When I hit mile 22 in Dublin, I realized I felt great, was not going to hit a wall, and was able to pick up the pace in the last four miles and run a negative split! |
Why do you pace?
I want to help others achieve their goals on race day! I recently broke three hours in the marathon for the first time and leaned hard on the three hour pacers to achieve it. I want to pay it forward! |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
As somebody being paced, most recently hitting sub-3 in the Pittsburgh Marathon. The pacer not only held the pace, but offered words of wisdom as the race progressed, reminding us to fuel, and how to manage uphill sections given the elevation changes to come. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I’m friendly, supportive, love to crack a joke, and want nothing more than to help you succeed in hitting your goals! |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Focus on fueling, hydration, and your mental state. Let me handle the pacing! |
