A quotation you like…

The secret of your future is hidden in your daily life. (by Mike Murdock)

Why do you run?

To feel nature and four seasons.

Describe your best marathon memory.

First BQ at Houston.  It was the moment my long time dream came true.

Why do you pace?

I love being with people.  I am good at running at even pace and it would be nice if someone can use me. I have been also a runner’s guide mainly for blind runners who are coming to NYC marathon from Japan, and I have done it more than 15 times.  I feel it is not only rewarding but pacing someone is the action I also get something special from other runners.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

I paced at Seoul Marathon in Korea. I don’t speak the language, but we communicated by spirits.  It was so touching when I achieved the goal with other runners!

Why should someone run in your pace group?

Because I can run even pace.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

If you want to run even pace, come to join me!

Anything else you’d like to share?

I am also an ultra runner.  I completed Badwater 135 in 2015.  I have won (first female) 100 mile races three times.
